Refund policy

We very small team pouring a lot of love into every single item we offer.  We will try our level best to make things right but until we are a little bigger you will be responsible for getting items back to us.

Please understand that we also have exceptionally short runs and items are usually limited to small quantities which may make an exchange difficult.

The fine print:

We have a 15-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable item:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
